Begotten (1991)
This movie was on IFC’s 7 Rare Films To Watch Now Before Google Video Dies. I put this on my list of movies to watch forever ago, and I was in the mood for something creepy, so I thought, why not?
I got 12 minutes in. It’s different. It’s creepy. Yet, it’s fascinating. I did some background checking before I watched it. I see what you’re getting at, Merhige.
I stopped watching, not so much because it creeped me out, but because it’s really… powerful. I just don’t think I can handle it all right now at 3am. I do plan on giving this another go, possibly tomorrow.
I don’t know how I manage to find the things I do.
