Have I posted this song before? does that really matter? Didn’t think so.

day 03 - a song that makes you happy
Roll Away Your Stone - Mumford & Sons
A couple jobs ago, I used to play this song when I opened. And I would blast it in the back, and I would sing at the top of my lungs “STAAAAAAAR HIDE YOUR FIIIRES THESE HERE ARE MY DESIRESSSS AND I WON’T GIVE THEM UP TO YOU THIS TIME AROOOUND”.
Macbeth? Mumford & Sons? Yes, please. This song always picks me up, even if the lyrics aren’t exactly “happy”. Also, I just really love Mumford & Sons. So logically, they’re going to make me happy.
Mumford & Sons // Thistle & Weeds
Spare me your judgements and spare me your dreams, ‘cause recently mine have been tearing my seams. I sit alone in this winter clarity which clouds my mind. Alone in the wind and the rain you left me. It’s getting dark darling, too dark to see, and I’m on my knees, and your faith in shreds, it seems.
She stole my heart and made me sing. She tore me limb from limb I did not think that I could love, or be loved that way again.
How glad I was to be myself, and use my heart once more. How glad I was to be a man, and love that girl that I adore.
Well my eyes shall see light again. And my heart shall bleed right again.
The Banjolin Song - Mumford & Sons
Home - Mumford & Sons.
Spin me round just to pin me down
On the cover of this strange bed
Spin me round just to pin me down
Roll out your questions keep them down
Let the water lead us home
And I was sorry for what I’d done
(via averyirregularhead)
And you are not alone in this
As brothers we will stand and we’ll hold your hand
Hold your hand…
Mumford & Sons and Game Of Thrones?
How could I not reblog.

After The Storm - Mumford & Sons
And there will come a time, you’ll see, with no more tears.
And love will not break your heart, but dismiss your fears.
Get over your hill and see what you find there,
With grace in your heart and flowers in your hair.
Liar - Mumford & Sons
You’re leaving for your last kiss,
And who in this world could ask me to resist.
Your hands cold as they find my neck,
All this love that I’ve found I detest.
